How you opt in
Consumers opt in to receive text messages from Climate House Appliances Repair by submitting the online form at https://climate-house.com/contact-us/ and checking the box to agree to receive messages. You may also opt in by texting us at (951) 633-9790 or when scheduling a service appointment. By opting in, you agree to receive appointment updates, service notifications, repair scheduling messages, and customer support messages from Climate House Appliances Repair. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Climate House appliances repair Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician and dispatch updates, and replies to your inquiries.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Data sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
3. Services, estimates and scheduling
Climate House provides in-home appliance repair and maintenance services. Any quotes or estimates we provide are based on the information available to us at the time and may change once a technician inspects the appliance. Appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, scheduling, and factors outside our control. A diagnostic or service-call fee may apply and will be communicated to you before or at the time of service.
4. Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed through our booking and payment providers; your payment card details are handled by those providers and their secure payment processors.
5. Warranties and limitation of liability
We stand behind our workmanship, and any warranty on labor or parts will be described to you at the time of service. Parts may also be covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty, which is governed by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climate House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or messaging program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
